​I am an engineer with Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. I realized the need for panoramic view in life and business and hence, joined the World Bank and became a Certified World Bank Master Trainer.

After pursuing my academic career for some time, I was not fully satisfied. I had Sky High Vision and started my own company. I am the GM of a Training, Consulting and Coaching firm, Engineering Planet. I've been in business for more than 18 years on the PLANET.

I have studied coaching at the International Coaching Academy, ICA and got certified as a “Certified Professional Coach” and am an ICF Associate Certified Coach. My clients say that the amazing out of the box results they achieve are because of the structured approach we have.
